If It Ain't broke don't fix it.
How many times have you heard someone say that? Maybe it's one of your catch phrases.
It makes sense right? It makes us feel comfortable to have our routines. You know what to do when. You get up at the same time, brush your teeth, shower, get dressed, drink your coffee & eat your breakfast, take the same rout to work or school every day, eat lunch at the same time with the same people, go to the same class at the gym every week, the same same same.
Are you bored yet?
What about your thoughts? Are they the same too? When you go to sign up for that workshop do you hesitate cause you think "Why waste my money? I'll get excited but fall back into my old ways a few days later." Instead you close out of the sign up browser & text your friends to make Sunday brunch plans (again).
What if it isn’t nearly as scary to step out of your comfort zone as you thought?
